October 1st mamma & I hitched a ride down to Alexandria, VA to visit cousin Ella. We had such a fun 4 day weekend. We went to a fall festival, where I got to break in my new brown cowboy horsey boots that Nonna got me on the pony ride. I also got to see farm animals, go down some fun slides including the froggy one pictured here. I got to see how you milk a cow on the farm, & took a nice long Hay Ride with everyone. I got to pick out my own pumpkin to take home at the end of the day, which I hope to carve into a Jack-o-Lantern for Halloween. We also got to visit Kathleen & Bryan & the triplets, boy was that ever exciting! The best part was riding the choo-choo train ride home with mamma on Sunday, I got to see a real live conductor who asked for our tickets & punched holes in them. Can't wait to go back & visit again real soon.
I had the best Halloween ever! First I had a party at TOTRI Day Care in the morning with all my friends. Then Mama & I went to the Maplewood Halloween Party in town on Friday Nov 30th ... I was dressed up as Pancho Villa & Mama was Frida Kahlo. We had so much fun trick or treating & looking at all the other fun costumes! Thank you Auntie Lynned for my Mickey Mouse Pumpkin, I collected a lot of candy, but mama won't let me eat any of it ; ( After the party in town, we had pizza and went home to rest. On Saturday we stayed home & gave out candy to all the trick'or'treaters that came to our door. Some kids came dressed up in masks ... ooooo scaaary!
