The day after Christmas, cousin Gabriella came up from DC to join us at Nonno & Nonna's house. We had such fun playing with Nonna's Mardi Gras beads, & chasing Kiki around the house.

I'm so lucky to have such a fun aunt, Zia Valentina gave me a great new book, & I made her read it to me!

Christmas Day @ Nonno & Nonna's ...

Christmas Day at Nonno & Nonna's was really fun, I played with their cat Kiki & got Nonno to push me around on the lil car!

Red Jester Hat ..

Here I am getting in trouble again ... mom has told me a million times not to play in the lil cabinet with her candles & beads, but it's so much fun! Actually it's my favorite place to explore! Mom loves me in this red fleece jester hat, but why am I wearing this in the house? Get this thing off me pronto!

Girls like boys with dancing skills ... I love music, & I love to dance, but sometimes I get so excited I lose my balance!

Clicker pen ...

Mom gave me a cliker pen to play with, & figured out how to do it myself in 3 seconds flat, I had so much clicking the pen, & mom said this kept me busy for at least 1/2 an hr

My 1st Birthday ...

As you can see I'm the King of the Castle! My 1st Birthday was a big Election Celebration Bash, as we were celebrating not only my 1st Birthday, I was born on Election Day last year, but our new President Elect Barak Obama! Cousin Gabriella made it up from DC with Zio Shecco & Zia Katherine for the big occasion, & we had such a blast! More pictures to come stay tuned!

My 1st Halloween ...

Mom loves Halloween, so she was so excited that she planned way in advance for my 1st Halloween in Maplewood, NJ. Mom dressed up as the Wicked Witch of the East, and I was her little frog prince. We joined the festivities in downtown Maplewood Village for trick'or'treating, then went to see the Haunted House ... I think mom was more scared of all the ghosts then I was. All in all it was a grand day out, and I look forward to doing it all again next year!!!

Aunt Lolly's visit ...

Nonna brought Aunt Lolly to meet me and see the house, she came with gifts, and we had such a fun visit. I hope to go out to CA to see her sometime soon!

Eid Mubarak!!!

My first Eid at Ninduni's House, in Jackson Heights, Queens. Mommy tried to dress me in the fancy gold punjab that Laila Apa sent from Bangladesh, but it was too big, and I was just to active to wear it, she was afraid I would tear it up crawling around, so she said she'll try again next Eid in 2 months when I will hopefully be standing and walking on my own. Also Dadi fed me chicken and rice Bangla style for the first time, it was such a treat, and I went back for more, and more, and more!

Classical Imperial Hotel ...

We stayed at the Classical Imperial Hotel in Athens, which had a really nice rooftop pool & bar with a great view of the Acropolis! Here we are chilling on the rooftop after a hard day of sightseeing!

Ancient Athens ...

Here we are exploring the Parthanon, chilling on the ferry to Hydra, and waiting for the subway in Athens. It was a jam packed holiday, but we had a blast!

Hawaiian baby ...

Afsara Apu has been wanting to dress me up like a girl since I was born, and since she didn't get the chance yet, she settled for a flower! Everyone got a good laugh, they thought I looked like a lil Hawaiian baby girl!

Beach bumming!!!

My first family vacation was to Athens, Greece. First 3 days we spent at the beach in Vouliagmeni, a beach town outside of Athens. We had such fun at the beach in the water and in the jacuzzi.

Kewl Dude!!! ...

Mom & I had a nice day trip down to Long Beach Island to visit her buddies Claudia & Peter & Audrey. It was my first time on the beach, & I had a blast. I played with Audrey's toys, & even surfed the waves a little. Can't wait to go back, it was like so kewl dude!

9 months ...

Today I went to see Dr Kint for my 9 months checkup. I weighed in at 18 lbs 2 oz (25%) & measured 29" long (75%) with head circumference of 45" (50%) Mom says I'm gonna be tall & slim just like my Baba when I grow up. I also had my first TB test & my first blood test! I was so good when the lady took my blood, I didn't even flynch or cry, that she gave me a sticker & a Garfield band aid!

My 1st tooth ...

My 1st tooth came in a while ago, about 7 months, but mom only just got a few good pix of it! My one & only, lonely tooth!

My 1st car ...

Mom scored this kewl car for me to play with for cheap at the Other Mothers store in the hood! I just love sittin in my car, playing with all the gears'n'tings!
